The images above shows 3 different types of pigeon
traps that can hold as many as
15 to 30 pigeons at a time, depending on the trap
size. All of the above Pigeon Traps make it easy
to control the pigeon population on any property.
Pigeons enter the traps through special trap doors
constructed of hanging steel wire bobs. The unique
slanted design of the repeating doors encourages
pigeons to move forward and enter the trap as they eat
the grain. The special trapping mechanism of the door
automatically resets after each bird is caught, and
prevents the trapped pigeons from escaping. A
convenient release door is also located on all of the
Pigeon Traps. This provides easy access to the trapped
pigeons. For optimal trapping conditions, the area
where a Pigeon Trap will be placed should be
pre-baited for several days before the trap is
introduced. Grain, cereal, fig bars, or dried bread
should be used for bait. After the pigeons become
familiar with the new eating spot, place one of the
Pigeon Traps over the feed. Bait the pigeon trap with
a trail of grain on the outside of the trap and
leading into the trap doors. Make sure to place the
majority of the bait inside the pigeon trap. We also
recommend pre-baiting the pigeon trap for several
days, or until the pigeons become familiar with
walking in and out of the trap. To pre-bait the trap,
tie-up the trap doors. The pigeons will eat the grain
and move freely in and out of the trap as they eat.
After the pigeons become familiar with the trap, untie
the doors. Remember to always check your Pigeon
Traps on a daily basis.

Double Door Pigeon Trap, Model 502 is
the smallest and only collapsible
pigeon trap . It measures
24" long by 16" wide and
12" high when in use, but
collapses to just one inch in height
for easy transporting. It is assembled
with 2 repeating trap doors, and one
release door. It can catch up to 15
pigeons at a time. If a larger pigeon
trap is needed, Check out the two
larger models, Model 502R, and Model
506.

double door pigeon trap Live Trap
manufactured. It has the same special trapping
design as the Collapsible Pigeon Trap,
Model 502, but it does not fold flat. Model
502R is 12 inches longer than Model 502.
Model 502R can hold approximately 20 pigeons
at a time. If a larger pigeon trap is needed,
please look at Model 506.

For
control of those pesky sparrows, either in an enclosed area,
robbing a bird feeder, or invading bluebird boxes. The wooden
sparrow traps look like any other "birdhouse" with a twist !
Inside is a spring-loaded door which snaps shut when a sparrow
enters the house and lands on a perch which is positioned below
the opening. The door has a flourescent orange sticker affixed
to it so you can tell when the door is closed. The opening in
the trap measures 1.25 inches, which is a perfect size for
sparrows. Overall the trap is 9"H x 5"W x 5.5"D. The trap is
accessed by pulling a pin located on the side of the box which
releases the front of the birdhouse to swivel outward. All
pieces are glued and fastened with non-rusting hardware. When
you are done removing sparrows, the trap inside can be easily
removed by loosening two mounting screws. Can be used as a
conventional birdhouse.

"E-Z" Catch Bird Trap

This is a single-catch closing net bird
trap for placing on walls, sides of buildings, or trees. This bird trap
is ideal for woodpeckers, starlings, pigeons, and other individual birds
that can be baited. This trap measures 17" x 17" x 2.5". It has a
framework with gentle green nylon netting for a safe, humane capture.
While this trap is effective for
woodpeckers, please note that they are a Federally Protected species,
and still require a special permit to capture. Contact your Local or
Regional USF&WS office for permit procedures.
